Separated into four chapters, Institutions shines the spotlight on iconic dining establishments such as The River Cafe and The Wolesley whilst Place to be suggests sipping on speak-easy style cocktails at Dean Street Townhouse or feasting on pulled pork at the American-inspired barbecue joint Pitt Cue Co. You can discover the ecletic and eccentric eatery Dishoom and sample sherry at Bermondsey street favourite Josẽ in World Food or fight for coveted chairs at The Clove Club, the permanent pop-up venture by three talented young chefs championing the British Terroir.
