Alain DUCASSE - He comes from the Landes region of western France and is one of the most renowned chefs of his generation. He is also a restaurant designer, hotelier, and teacher of the culinary arts. Over thirty years, he has developed a unique savoir-faire, which has helped define the contemporary art of living and eating. He accords great value to sharing his passion and knowledge and developing his constant curiosity,which helps him soak up the cultural diversity of the world.

Jacques Gantié -
from Gascony and Provence, born in Agen, in love with Nice, crazy about the Garonne, infatuated with the Riviera. Jacques Gantié loves reading, writing, tasting and traveling. Between literature and gastronomy, he has won prizes for delicate way he has written about Montaigne, Montesquieu and Mauriac, a stroll through the land of Giono and his food critic pieces in the newspaper Nice-Matin for whom he was a great journalist and columnist. His Provence-Côte d’Azur gastronomic guide "Le Gantié" is now more than 20 years old and he is currently working with the Point magazine, at the Hôtellerie-Restauration and at Hôtel & Lodge where he is editorial consultant. His literary fervor has caused him to be invited to join many juries such as the Nice-Baie des Anges prize, the Audiberti prize and the Madeleine Zepter European Literature prize. Author of "Saveurs des terroirs de Provence", "Nice la Belle",  "Saint-Paul de Vence, village inspiré" and "A la table de Nicole", he is destined to keep on writing. Tomorrow is a new page.
