From the 27th of April to the 31th of July 2009 In Paris, Alain Ducasse restaurants suggests vintage wines in a carafe !
Gérard Margeon, our chef sommelier, selected two
Grands Crus for your pleasure. Exceptionally, they
are available by the glass or in a carafe !

2001 - Chambertin Clos de Bèze-
Champy
Powerful and fiery wine from great Burgundy, it
evokes a dark fruit with a liquorice taste, but also
leather and cinnamon.

2001 – Château Pichon Longueville
Comtesse de Lalande
A naturally delicate wine. This Latour neighbour is
velvet-like and harmonious.

You can taste the « Grands Crus en carafe » in 4 restaurants
Each chef has imagined a special dish for a perfect blend with those two great vintages.

Major event by Alain Ducasse: the opening of the Ecole de Cuisine in Paris, a new school open to everybody.
Here we measure, we cut up, we slice thinly, we snip, we crush, we mince, we cruch, we weigh, we joint, we tie up, we line, we bard, we stuff, we mix, we knead, we roll…
and WE HAVE FUN !
