Overlooking the lush gardens of Jimmy’z and the Mediterranean sea, La Trattoria, imagined by Alain Ducasse and the latest addition to Monte-Carlo SBM, is the Italian epicurean sensation of the season. Shaded beneath the luxuriant mauve bougainvillea canopy of a pergola, this authentic Italian table of Tuscan influence suggests a generous and delicious culinary experience.

The visually stimulating antipasti buffet delights guests. Even the most demanding gourmet is enticed to the table by the salumeria delicacies, pizza and foccacia oven, an original Berkel slicing machine from 1907, a vintage three wheeled ice cream trolley and evocative wine list.
